Description	The Canteen Van is a specialist fire appliance designed for the provision of foods and drinks to the operational firemen in case of prolonged operation. It is equipped with two portable generating sets to provide their own power supply.
Function	To serve hot food & drink to operational firemen during prolonged fire fighting & rescue operation.
