Rapid Response Vehicle (RRV)

Description	Rapid Response Vehicle is modified from a medium saloon car to accommodate the communication and ambulance equipment. It is manned by an EMA II Ambulance Officer.
Function	It is designed to respond to emergency calls when no ambulance or EMAMC can arrive at the scene within 10 minutes. It also performs the quality assurance duties as a Clinical Support Officer, carries out surprise visits, and discharge duties at tactical or task level in accordance with the Incident Command System, etc.
