Wong Tai Sin Fire Station Open Day and Fire Safety Carnival

The Chief Fire Officer (Kowloon) of the Fire Services Department (FSD), Mr Fung Kam-wah, will officiate at the opening ceremony of Wong Tai Sin Fire Station's open day and District Fire Safety Carnival on Sunday (January 27).

Other officiating guests will be the Assistant District Officer of Wong Tai Sin, Mr Lai Ming-fai, and the Chairman of Wong Tai Sin District Fire Safety Ambassador Honorary Presidents Association, Dr Li Sze-bay.

The event is part of FSD's efforts to enhance the public's awareness of fire safety, in particular during the dry season.

The carnival will include an exhibition, lion dances, demonstrations of fire fighting and rescue, game booths and a display of fire engines and equipment.

Members of the public are welcome to visit the fire station at 28 Fung Tak Road, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon from 10.30am to 4pm.
