The Fire Services Department 2026 Charity Calendar is now available for pre-order. This year's theme features a selection of images showcasing the variety of work scopes of the FSD, making it a highly collectible item. Each photo reflects our commitment to safeguarding Hong Kong.

Procedures:

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Please send an email to fsdcalendar2026@hkfsd.gov.hk with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • E-mail Address (Please use the same e-mail address throughout the entire purchase process)
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Quantity

 

Step 2: Order Confirmation Email

After confirming stock availability, the FSD will send you a reply via email with:

  • FPS Payment Reference Number (FPS ID)
  • Purchase Guidelines

 

Step 3: Payment

Upon receiving the order confirmation email, purchasers should complete the following within 3 calendar days:

  • Make payment via FPS
  • Reply to fsdcalendar2026@hkfsd.gov.hk (using the same email address used for the order placement) with:
    • FPS Payment Proof (screenshot or transaction record)
    • Chosen Collection Method (Self-Pickup/Delivery*)

*If delivery is selected, please provide an accurate name of recipient, contact phone number, and delivery address (each order can only be delivered to one address).

 

Step 4: Successful Payment Confirmation

After verifying the payment, we will send a "Purchase Confirmation Email" to the purchaser, providing details of collection arrangements.

 

Step 5: Calendar Collection

A. Self-Pickup:

  • Location: G/F, Fire Services Department Headquarters Building, 1 Hong Chong Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon
  • Dates: December 15, 2025 (Monday) to December 19, 2025 (Friday) , from 8:30am to 6pm
  • Present the following pickup (either in person or by authorised representative):
    ✅ Confirmation Email
    ✅ Purchaser’s Name and Phone Number

     

B. Delivery Arrangements:

  • Dates: SF Express will deliver between December 15, 2025 (Monday) and December 19, 2025 (Friday). Please ensure you can be reached via your phone during this period to facilitate smooth delivery.
  • Fees (Payable directly to the courier upon receipt):
    • Local Delivery: Starting from approximately $30/kg (each calendar weighs about 300g). For detailed rates, visit the SF Express official website.
    • Remote Areas (e.g., Discovery Bay, Sai Kung, etc.): Additional $10 charge. For detailed remote area surcharges, visit the SF Express official website.

 

Important Notes:

  1. Purchase Confirmation
    1.1 All purchase applications are subject to our confirmation. The FSD reserve the right to accept or reject any application.
    1.2 Successful purchases are solely determined by the confirmation email issued by us.
    1.3 The entire purchase process must be communicated using the same email address.
    1.4 Each email address can only be used for one purchase application. In case of duplicate applications, the first email received will be considered valid.
    1.5 Limited stock available. Sales are on a first-come, first-served basis.
    1.6 Order Period: 9am on November 15, 2025, to 11:59pm on December 9, 2025.
  1. Payment Arrangements
    2.1 All payments must be completed within the specified period (within 3 calendar days after receiving the order confirmation email).
    2.2 Orders with overdue payments will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
    2.3 In case of duplicate payments, please contact the FSD via email (fsdcalendar2026@hkfsd.gov.hk) as soon as possible to arrange a refund.
    2.4 All confirmed transactions are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.
  1. Personal Data Handling
    3.1 All collected personal data will be used solely for matters related to this charity sale.
    3.2 If purchasers have opted for collection by delivery, their personal data (including name, phone number and address) will be passed to SF Express for delivery arrangements. The data above will only be used for the purpose of calendar delivery, while SF Express cannot draw the data for other purposes. Handling of personal data by SF Express will be bounded by its privacy policy and applicable laws.
    3.3 Relevant personal data will be destroyed within three months after completing all delivery procedures.
  1. Charitable Donation Arrangements
    4.1 All proceeds from this sale (after deducting printing costs) will be fully donated to the two charitable organisations: Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council and Hong Chi Association.
  1. Collection Arrangements
    5.1 Orders not collected by the specified date will be voided. Purchasers will be forfeited with the right of collection, and the paid amount will not be refunded but treated as a charitable donation.
    5.2 Detailed delivery fees and remote area surcharges are subject to the official announcements of SF Express.
  1. In case of any disputes, the FSD reserve the right to make its final decision.
