Description The Haemostatic Arterial Tourniquet (HAT) is a circumferential constricting tourniquet that applies pressure on artery through surrounding limb tissue in order to compress the artery to stop blood flow to distal part of a limb so as to control bleeding.
Function Control limb bleeding on patient with severe hemorrhage.
