Fire Safety Requirements of Licensed / Registered Premises - Food Premises


 

Enquiry of the Application Progress / Status of “No Objection to Licence Renewal (NOLR) Notice” via HKFSD Mobile App

Licensee of Food Business may check the application progress/status of “No Objection to Licence Renewal (NOLR) Notice” via HKFSD Mobile App. Licensee may conduct enquiry at “Search” > “Licensed Premises Renewal Status” in the app. Upon issuance of “NOLR Notice”, licensee of Food Business may liaise with Licensing Authority (Food and Environmental Hygiene Department) for licence renewal matters.

Applicants may now submit documents related to their licensed premises applications or report of completion of fire safety requirements, click here to access the electronic form.

 

Electronic Fire Safety Requirements (e-FSR)

The Fire Services Department has implemented "Electronic Fire Safety Requirements (e-FSR)" in applications for food premises (including General Restaurant, Light Refreshment Restaurant, Factory Canteen, Bakery / Food Factory) and Places of Public Entertainment (including Non-Cinema / Theatre, Cinema / Theatre, except Temporary Places of Public Entertainment), whereby the relevant requirements will be sent electronically to the email address provided by the applicant, thereby facilitating the applicant and speeding up the processing procedure.

 

Electronic Fire Services Certificate

The Fire Services Department has launched the "e-Issuance System", relevant Fire Services Certificate can also be delivered to the email address provided by the applicant. This electronic Fire Services Certificate adopts "e-Proof" solution, click here to view more.
